Counselling Therapy
I provide one to one counselling therapy in a friendly, confidential, non judgemental & empathic environment whereby I help to alleviate the stressors of daily living. Such issues include addictions, anxiety, bereavement/loss, anger, emotional/physical distress, self esteem and relationship difficulties. I incorporate a treatment strategy which is tailored to the individual needs of my clients with all ages varying from 16 years onwards. Some of the interventions I utilise consist of Reality Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.
