ShopBallinasloe.ie is an online marketplace that allows participating local businesses and retailers to sell their products to customers through one convenient website.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Products available on ShopBallinasloe.ie are sold and fulfilled by the individual participating stores. As a result, any queries regarding a return, refund, exchange, damaged item, incorrect item or other issue with an order should be directed to the store from which the product was purchased.

The individual store is responsible for dealing with your request in accordance with its own returns procedures and your applicable consumer rights.

ShopBallinasloe.ie does not hold or dispatch products and does not directly process returns or refunds on behalf of participating stores.

When contacting a store about an order, we recommend having your order number, name and details of the item purchased to hand.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or is not the item you ordered, please contact the relevant store as soon as possible with your order details. Where appropriate, it may also be helpful to provide photographs of the item and packaging.

The store will advise you on the next steps and deal with the matter in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Cancelling or Changing an Order

If you wish to cancel or change an order after it has been placed, please contact the relevant store as soon as possible. Whether an order can be changed or cancelled may depend on whether it has already been prepared or dispatched.
