Our gym is equipped to cater for all fitness levels whether you have been exercising for years or are a complete beginner. Whether you wish to run 10km, increase your strength or just generally keep fit, our highly qualified & experienced instructors will be delighted to help you.
When you join, each member can book a consultation with one of our instructors where you discuss your goals, your habits, your diet and more. Following on from this, a personalised programme is designed to help you reach those goals.
Personal training is also something we offer in the gym. Sessions can be booked with one of our personal trainers and they spend the entire session right at your side making sure you are pushing to your limits and you are getting the most out of your session.
All classes are accessible to all levels of fitness. Each class has a beginners option and advanced option for movements. This is to ensure that each person gets the full benefit of their workout

HIIT: High Intensity Interval Training. Exactly what is says on the tin. Great way to have a fast paced workout and burn fat fast.
