Gift Vouchers may not be exchanged for cash

Gift vouchers may be exchanged for goods or services of a higher value, on payment of the difference

Gift Vouchers may be exchanged for services of a lower value, solely at the discretion of the hotel in which they are being used

No change will be given out but the balance can be used for future purchases

Gullanes Hotel does not accept any responsibility for lost or stolen Gift Vouchers - protect them as you would cash

Gullanes Hotel  reserves the right to amend Terms and Conditions at any time, and for any reason without prior notice to you
