Bloxx-it is on interior and exterior primer, sealer and stain killer.  It has rapid drying allowing for re-coating in just two hours.  It has great hiding power providing excellent stain killing and producing a great basecoat for any subsequent topcoats.  Stains of all kinds are permanently sealed so topcoats are blemish-free.
